Baked Pike-Perch with Mushrooms

Prepare the fish. Season the pike-perch fillets with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.

Sauté onions and mushrooms. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, sauté until soft.

Add cream. Pour in cream, season with salt and pepper, simmer for 2 minutes.

Assemble the dish. Place the fish into a baking dish and cover with the mushroom mixture.

Bake. Bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until the fish is tender.

Serve. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve hot.
