Prepare herbs. Wash herbs and lightly dry.
Fill jar. Place herbs, spices, and honey (if used) into a clean glass jar.
Pour vodka. Add vodka or moonshine, close tightly.
Infuse. Leave in a dark place for 7–14 days, shaking occasionally.
Strain and serve. Strain through cheesecloth, pour into a bottle, and serve chilled.
